A redline version of proposed changes to the local rules has been released. The main new amendment involves LBR 4001-1, which would require a fact summary for all motions for relief from stay, extending the current requirement beyond just individual cases.

Comments on these proposed changes are being accepted until April 10, 2026. Feedback can be sent to jennifer_morgan@alsb.uscourts.gov.
